Next-Gen Excavator Raises the Bar
The HX360L crawler excavator, making its UK debut, is the first in Hyundai’s Next Generation line. Powered by a Stage V DX08 engine, this machine delivers 23% more power while improving fuel efficiency by up to 8%. It also features electro-hydraulic controls (FEH), which replace pilot lines with electronic signals. This results in more responsive control, faster reaction times, and reduced fuel consumption—key factors for long-term cost savings on busy job sites.
Built on a completely new platform, the HX360L includes heated and cooled leather seating, a large 12.8-inch HD touchscreen, and optional digital smart keys. Hyundai’s upgraded AAVM+ safety system uses six AI-powered cameras to detect humans in the working area, while radar-based obstacle detection adds an extra layer of job site awareness. For maintenance, users benefit from longer service intervals—engine oil changes at 1,000 hours and DPF cleaning at 8,000.
Going Electric with the HX19e
The HX19e represents Hyundai’s first step into battery-electric excavation. This 2-tonne mini offers a choice between 32kWh and 40kWh battery packs, delivering up to 10 hours of continuous operation. It’s designed for performance without compromise, using the same hydraulic system as its diesel counterpart. Charging is flexible, with both AC and rapid DC options available, making it ideal for urban projects and indoor environments.
Dozing into New Territory
Hyundai’s new HD130A dozer expands the brand’s reach into grading and earthmoving. With a 117kW engine and hydrostatic transmission, the HD130A leads its class in power-to-weight ratio. Blade options include both standard and LGP tracks, each supporting six-way adjustable blades for superior grading control. The addition of a 2D Blade Assist system helps operators of all experience levels achieve precision results.
Compact and Capable—The HX25Az
Also featured is the HX25Az, a compact 2.6-tonne mini excavator with zero-tailswing, launched in 2024. It is ideal for tight job sites and can be easily towed on a trailer. With its 18.5kW engine, the HX25Az offers a reliable balance of power and fuel economy.
