Made from hardened 27SiMn alloy steel with precision honing and chrome-plated piston rods, it provides superior strength, sealing, and fatigue resistance. With a 35MPa pressure rating and IP68 dust/water resistance, this excavator adjuster cylinder is the perfect OEM replacement for CAT track adjuster cylinder, Komatsu PC200 track tensioner cylinder, Hitachi hydraulic adjuster cylinder, Volvo track cylinder, and other popular models.
